Prizes:
- Have no cash value unless stated otherwise
- Are non-transferable
- May be substituted by the Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary

Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received before the promotion closes unless otherwise specified.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner(s) will be contacted using the information provided during entry.
If a selected winner:
- Cannot be reached
- Fails to respond within seven (7) days
- Is determined to be ineligible
- Refuses the prize
An alternate winner may be selected.
By accepting a prize, winners grant Kessler Promotions and participating sponsors permission to use their name, hometown, likeness, photographs, video, voice, and submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
If the promotion requires photos, videos, testimonials, or other content, entrants certify they own all rights to the submitted material.
Entrants grant Kessler Promotions a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, and distribute submitted content for promotional purposes.
Kessler Promotions reserves the right to:
- Cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion
- Disqualify any participant attempting fraud, tampering, or abuse
- Verify eligibility before awarding prizes
- Refuse entries that violate these rules
By participating, entrants release Kessler Promotions, participating venues, sponsors, partners, employees, officers, and affiliates from liability arising from:
- Participation in the Promotion
- Acceptance or use of any prize
- Technical failures
- Lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Unauthorized intervention or fraud
Information collected during the promotion will be used solely for administering the promotion and marketing purposes consistent with Kessler Promotions’ Privacy Policy.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
These official rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Oneida County, New York.
